ECKFORD TOWNSHIP of

CALHOUN COUNTY

May 6, 2009

Supervisor Rapp called the Special Wilder Creek meeting of the Eckford Township Board to order at 6:33 p.m.  Others in attendance were T. Baylis, W. Cornell and K. Hinkley.

Discussion of what the board would like to come into agreement with the Wilder Creek Conservation Club.  The items discussed were as follows:

Locks changed on all buildings and 2 sets of keys for the township and 1 set per each board member of WCCC.

W. Cornell and B. Rapp will serve on the committee to meet with WCCC to discuss terms of the agreement.

Lawn mowing—the board will furnish the tractor and get it running.  Provide gas and maintenance while the WCCC members mow.

No one should work alone on the property. WCCC members should call their President or V. President before going out on the property.

No cutting of trees or physical changes to the property without prior authorization from WCCC board members in conjunction with the township board.

T. Baylis will be getting new ‘no trespassing’ signs.

Getting the Club house up and running should be the first priority so that the township may rent it out to help pay for the expense of getting it fixed up and maintained.

Getting the property and buildings up to ADA requirements per our risk management assessment.

Adjournment was at 7:47 p.m. by B. Rapp

Respectfully submitted by,

Kimberly Hinkley

Eckford Township Clerk
