2008-2009 Fiscal Budget
Meeting
The Eckford Township Board was called to order at 8:02 pm by Supervisor Rapp for the purpose of the 2008-09 Fiscal Budget.
Others in attendance were W. Cornell, K. Hinkley, T. Baylis, R. & L. Dunn, R. Buskirk, R. deJong, S. Collins, V. Clark, K. Clark, C. & M. Parker, K. Lawrence, J. Miller, J. & J. Gabbard, J. & F. Heaton, D. Dunn, J. Fuller, M. Bates, D. Masternak, D. Paulsen, E. Neufer, J. & S. VanTassell & daughter, W. Black, S. Hinkley, J. Hallacy, T. Bailey, L. St. Laurent, T. Kissinger, G. Moore and A. Clark. ABSENT: W. Thomas
Each line item was ready by B. Rapp and each total was confirmed or changed by T. Baylis. T. Baylis figured in the totals for June so that the board would have the latest figures to decide on the budget totals for 2008-09. There were several adjustments needed on the proposed budget from the Organizational Budget Meeting. T. Baylis shared each item that needed to be changed. T. Baylis will finalize a copy and they are attached to these minutes.
W. Cornell made a motion to accept the 2008-09 Fiscal Budget as corrected. K. Hinkley seconded the motion. CARRIED
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by K. Hinkley to adjourn the meeting at 8:09 pm.
