ECKFORD TOWNSHIP of

Election Commission Meeting
December 17, 2007
Supervisor B. Rapp called the Eckford Township Election Commission to order at
6:38 p.m. Also in attendance were T. Baylis and K. Hinkley.
K. Hinkley gave the proposed Election Inspector’s schedule for the January 15,
2008 Election. The proposed schedule is as follows:
MORNING:
K. Hinkley, Denise Saylor, Stephen Newman and Jean Vandenburg.
AFTERNOON:
Melva Cook, Lynda Dunn, Gladys Hayes and Kim Hinkley.
The Chairman for the election will be Kim Hinkley.
The Public Accuracy Test will be on Monday, January 7, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. The
election inspectors have been invited to this testing.
K. Hinkley adjourned the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
