Election Commission Meeting

Supervisor B. Rapp called the Eckford Township Election Commission to order at 7:06 p.m. Also in attendance were T. Baylis and K. Hinkley.

K. Hinkley gave the proposed Election Inspector’s schedule for the November 4, 2008 General Election. The proposed schedule is as follows:

Lynda Dunn—Chair, all day—Democrat

Stephen Newman—all day—Democrat

Jean Vandenburg—all day—Republican

Denise Saylor—all day—Democrat

Amy Beattie—all day--Republican

Melva Cook—all day—Republican

Jamie Evans—all day—Republican

Susan Dannenberg—morning shift---Democrat

Gladys Hayes—afternoon shift—Republican

The Public Accuracy Test will be on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 6:30 p.m.

K. Hinkley adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
