Planning on doing some home or farm
improvements in 2009?
Before going forward with the project, please check with the Zoning
Administrator to learn if your project requires a building permit. A
permit provides legal permission to start construction of a building
project in accordance with your district’s guidelines stated in the
Eckford Township Zoning Ordinance. Obtaining a building a permit will
ensure that the proposed construction meets minimum safety standards and
allows code officials to protect the public by reducing potential
hazards of unsafe construction. Please allow at least 30 days for the
building permit process. If you have any questions concerning a building
